What do you get a girlfriend for her birthday?

Currently deployed and can't see her in person to bring the gift so it will have to be shipped or delivered.

Was thinking about getting flowers to be delivered in front of everyone at her work but she's not working that day and I don't think she's big on flowers anyway.

She's not materialistic and lives in a smallish place, I don't want to get her any kitschy junk that will sit around and not get used.

Send her an Easter-basket inspired box of a nice book you think she'd like, a candle, healthy post-workout snacks and some new workout/pickleball shoes
