what are ur thoughts on people who "sun tan" at parks in guise of cruising other gays

Are they losers? It seems like a total waste of time and playing for gay sex is really degenerate and incel status.Ugly buttercel incels do this? Or is it OK?Theres a guy at work who does this and he has no shame but hes ugly and would never get a woman so its his only chance.
