I have had tons of women who work under me as their direct line supervisor, and I have had lots of times where their actions/flirts could be interpreted as a green light for me to be a sleezebag. but I dont think I would even if I was single, for the above reasons (women be crazy). In certain industries it's rampant, like the restaurant industry. When I was in the fitness world it was pretty common as well. As a personal trainer I hooked up with other single trainers more than once, especially at events when alcohol was involved.

But when I was a manager for Enterprise, it was crazy. Hooking up with other employees at regional events, training sessions, and I even banged a couple of former staff members after they left the company. That culture was work hard, play hard, and a ton of company celebrations involved alcohol and going out, and that meant tons of hookups. At one regional manager meeting I ended up banging another manager in her hotel room on the second night, and she was married.
