I'll come across his content from time to time and the information is actually pretty good. It's basically oldcel lifting advice now, which is good for people my age and older.

Did you guys catch his apartment pictures?

He got evicted and the landlord posted an ad looking for a new renter and the pics has all his shit still in there, he had no furniture in the dining room or living room, he lived out of the bedroom with his desk and computer crammed in there then the rest of his house was full of workout equipment.
