I sleep walked and pissed again.

This time I pissed on my couch lol. This is like the 6th time. How do I avoid doing this? Obviously it’s from boozing but I don’t even drink that much.

It’s not a kidney problem. I get up while I’m sleeping and take a piss somewhere. I have no awareness of me doing this until I see it in the morning. I’ve looked it up and it is actually common with drinking alcohol. But I want to know how to avoid it.

check ur kidneys/bladder srs
i hardly piss during the day so i doubt it's kidneys or bladder. I'm pretty sure it's the massive amount of alcohol in my system and going to bed. I looked it up and it is a thing. They say the best way to combat is to stay up 1-2 hours after your last drink. I goto bed within mins of my last drink lol.

When I used to drink, I did some sleepwalking and pissing in weird places every now and then. 6 times seems like a lot though. Is this recently or over the course of years?

How's the couch now? Is it fucked?
