Are there nice parts of NYC or is it just crackheads and garbage everywhere
My impression of NYC is that it's filled with homeless people and garbage everywhere. even in "nice parts" homeless people and garbage can't be avoided. is this accurate?

NYC went from a violent, dangerous, seedy shithole while under Democrat control.
Rudy came in, and turned it into an amazing clean tourist hotspot for YEARS, thanks to his crackdown on crimes and lack of woke bullshit.
Literally a year after he got replaced with a democrat, the entire city falls back into being a gross, seedy, violent SHITHOLE aagin.
Democrats: NOT EVEN ONCE.

There's an older guy on my board of directors who has a penthouse in Manhatten. Nice enough that he and his wife didn't leave for it for like 2 years when Covid came on the scene. I imagine he's still happy there, but that's a different kind of life.
I don't think I will ever go back. It's just going to get worse, all the big finance firms have left or are leaving. Even JP Morgan with their trillion dollars under management. They won't have tax funds to fix it by the end of Mondami's term.
