It’s just too much information and methods imo.

Probably some good stuff in all these books but if you spend all your time learning about them you’ll have no time for execution.

Also I feel they are unnecessarily complex or redundant. For example I read this one self help book once called atomic habits and it could have been a 10 page pdf tutorial instead of a 300 page book. But pages = profit.

He is worth watching for free on youtube, or pirating some .pdf books, but I wouldnt pay due to the amount of fluff.

Normal Vincent Peale is the OG positive attitude guy. Christian flavor to it.
