You generally want to limit it to 3-4 for bodybuilding purposes. You can eat more but it's excess fat.

Yeah, but you get tired of eggs really quick. The only time I've been able to eat eggs constantly for weeks straight was when I also ate 4 strips bacon every time.

Eat as many as you want

3-4 because of fat is bullshit, manipulate your carbs up or down depending on caloric needs if it's that much of an issue to eat more than four eggs. You need the fat and cholesterol.
