You get $1,000,000 but you have to have a microchip inserted rectally

A billionaire offers you $1,000,000 but you have to have a microchip inserted rectally to track your movements through GPS for the rest of your life. It also has a microphone so it can hear every conversation you have and can even hear some of your thoughts. Once the microchip is inserted it has to remain there - any attempt at removing it will result in immediate death and it cannot be defecated out either. Sometimes the microchip might get itchy but other than that, is unlikely to cause any significant health problems.
