I still dont know if it really an April Fools day joke for real, or if the 'forums' link on the main site was the joke when they werent ready yet. It still says "We listened and the forums will be back soon"

There would be a lot more users there eventually, event if the moderation is very strict.

It will never go back to the way it was and it shouldn't. They let the forums die for the longest time before cutting it without any warning. They could've easily said "the forums will be shutting down next month. Please plan accordingly." Or something similar. Instead, they let spammers and muzzlepress troll (zoomer American) take over the site and have it becomes so embarrassing you couldn't even go on the misc at work because of the posts that were being made. They had zero respect for us. I even took it a step further and took it personally considering that I did buy a lot of products from bb.com during that time period.

One of the endless positive things AllFather did with this site and forum is not having advertisements blasted in our faces like the old bb.com misc had. The fact that he's not trying to cash in on this site with ads is truly remarkable. I just finished typing a comment on the New York post comment section, and must've had 10 different ads shoved in my face while trying to complete the task.
