I'm watching a Youtube video on Belfast N Ireland... It's the only place I've seen that reminds me of South America

Buit it's inhabited by all white people. How is this the case? Barbed wire on the roofs of buildings and all of the orange terra cotta tile construction? Political murals all over the place in public?

How is it that a cold white city somehow has the exact same aesthetic as an entire country of brown people 3000 miles away? This isn't the type of shit that white people get themselves into....
