stomping on her head after she refused to give him her phone number,
according to police and sources.

Video circulating on social media shows
the 14-year-old brute confronting the 15-year-old girl on the corner of
East 107th Street and 3rd Avenue in East Harlem around 3:30 p.m. Monday
after school got out.
