Apparently her health is declining and she cant walk now.

She has Multiple Sclerosis,, and for some reason doesn't want to say it publically. If she gets on treatment quickly, she will be fine.

She said the diagnosis was Graves disease.

Correct. It's not fatal when treated and when treated, there's little to no side effects nor does it affect lifespan. As far as autoimmune disease go, this is extremely mild.
