I like them mixed with greenbeans, served with a toast of real bread with some alioli on it.

Any way except hard boiled. Cooking food that much in general is awful.

Sounds good.

Boiled is ok, but mostly do fried (both sides) with good butter, some spring onions/paprika cut down into it. Add spices. Then throw onto some good bread as some of the butter softens bread a bit.
