What do you think about saunas?

i pay top $$$ for a spa membership so i can fap in the sauna

I’d like your general opinion:

Do you use it? Is it actually worth it ?

Have you noticed any difference in recovery, energy, or even testosterone levels?

What do you consider the best time for sauna use? Right after training, or some time later / on separate days?

How long do you usually stay in the sauna?

Any experience or advice is welcome!
