Unfortunately the "never relax" meme is one you do indeed need to live by. Met a lot of really nice black people in my life and it sucks that they may get stereotyped in with this chit, but this type of behavior is prevalent enough that you'd be an idiot not to avoid black neighborhoods if you could, or if you're walking down a city block and see a group of them sitting on a stoop to not re-route or at least cross the street.
