I'm voting Democrat next election (and here's why)
Most of you don't even realize that the most important issue next election is going to be AI.
It's already seen some resistance with data centers going up but the resistance it's going to face will escalate very fast. Labor groups, energy concerns, environmentalists, NIMBY opposition, general tech anxiety etc. are all going to be highly opposed to it.
And for better or worse, Democrats are the ones who identify themselves as activists. Republicans will focus too much on the bottom line and while 99% of the time I would align myself with that viewpoint something as destructive to society as AI could be is that 1% where you have to take a step back and realize the implications a little more.
Even if the Democrats can't stop it from taking over entirely I think they will pass policies/regulations against it that will slow it down in various ways.
I hate to say it guys, but this is more important than anything else. Even more important than flooding our borders with 3rd worlders. I think AI would collapse things more quickly than the invasion of Indians and Mexicans so I'm voting for the option that extends this country a little bit longer and I think that's Democrat next election.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

The billionaires that own AI own both political parties
Did you already forget the behavior of big tech in the past, they banned Trump off Twitter and would delete any account that spoke against Dr Faucci? But liberals complain that Twitter and Facebook are "too conservative" which is a joke.
The thing they care about, their stock valuation, has been soaring. They don't care what Democrats think, they own them
There has been no major anti trust anti monopoly actions that I can remember in the last 20 years
I remember in the 90s it was some big deal that Microsoft wanted to give internet explorer away for free and a huge political effort to try to save a single company Netscape. When is the last time you seen any of that shit.
Heck they had valid security concerns with tik tok and they still dropped all that

I haven't looked deep into the Dems position on AI much, but from what I understand, they support AI, but would like some guardrails, regulations and accountability.
That being said, do you know what guardrails for AI means from a democrat perspective?
It means no truth-telling, pro-tranny, and pro-censorship of AI. The guardrails would be their disinformation campaigns they love running, and the rewriting of history.
It's basically the equivalent of how they tried having social media censored to their liking. They just want control over it.
I'd never vote for a democrat.

You don’t even need to vote democrats will win because how royally the republicans have fucked up. More than half of trump supporters hate him now. Turning point which was one of the largest conservatives advocates is now hated by 90% of its former followers. People are waking up to Israeli propaganda. The only thing that will save them is a complete rebrand which they don’t do because they are retarded.

I genuinely don't understand how anyone can look at the ridiculousness caused by democrat policies and not see them as a civilization ending threat.
They have already bot spammed forums to death and somehow we are supposed to give them control of AI. Reddit is the obvious one. /pol/ was completely subverted a few years back yet people still haven't caught on.
I know alot of you guys go to /pol/ because you repeat the same spammed talking points word for word not realizing it is meant to subvert. BTW if something is being spammed for weeks/months on end it is propaganda and there is an agenda.

it's been pretty wild to see miscers transform over the years. On the original misc, it was overwhelmingly conservative. Miscers actually lifted, had goals, got laid, etc.
On the misc now, everyone is a loser incel with absolutely nothing going for them. Half the users here are on gov't assistance and shit like that. And it just so happens the user base feels overwhelmingly liberal.
Just an observation.

I was at least here way back when it was overwhelmingly conservative as you described it. Which of us is more likely to lift, have goals, get laid, etc and which of us is more likely to be a loser incel with nothing going on gov assistance? The one that's been here since the original misc or the one that joined last month.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. Imagine being on the misc and claiming to be OG misc but failing to understand basic troll threads. Holy fuck! BigLeagueBrah you are literally the people you described. Also says a lot if you are from OG misc, think all of those things, and still joined this place in March. I can at least claim ignorance that I was always here and it just evolved into this. But you... You CHOSE to come back to a place you described as riddled with incel losers with nothing going for them.

98% of people who say "I'm going to vote _______ next/this election" were going to vote that way anyways. Everyone says they will, but rare that someone actually switches back and forth between parties. What is more likely to be the case is they just don't vote or decide to vote this time.
For instance, I voted for Bush both terms, but did not like Obama, McCain, or Romney so I voted Ron Paul more as a protest vote. Voted Trump all three times.

Yeah, I'm voting for the party who wants to open the borders and create more sanctuary city shit-holes and provide sex-change surgeries for children without their parent's consent. Oh, I vote for more welfare fraud and where gay children run free and hopefully we can elect a socialist president in 2028.

Basically anything is easier to get through with the left because they lack the wisdom to understand the implications of going all in. And they go all in on ANYTHING the cult says so (and the cult is typically paid off by WHO/Big Pharma/Big Corp).
The right would ask questions like "Why do you want to legalise having secks with an 8 year old?". And "Why do you not want people enforcing law?" or "Why do you want to accept any vote from anywhere with no scrutiny?"
