I just had my estrogen tested last week and it’s actually way below the threshold. I also supplement DIM daily as well

Lose the potatoes

I’ve been on the ketogenic diet for about 5 years now
The typical day of eating for me will be something like:
Sardines
Beef jerky
Quest protein shakes
Mozzarella string cheese sticks
Milky tea
Steak
And a big ass pizza that I got for like 3 or 4 bucks
Oh Wow!

Nah, the potatoes are necessary. I like Keto, but I can't do full keto and still function 100% with daily intense workouts and also running my business. Obviously I still try to reduce carbs, but I'm not in a position to do under 50-100g per day.

I like to eat 2-3 400g ribeyes in one sitting. I don’t cook at home. I get the ribeyes ordered from a local restaurant using Uber Eats. Except in China, I was banned from food delivery apps.

Is that true?

In nature things taste like shit for a reason. The bad taste is meant to be a deterrent. Bad taste = not to be consumed.

Fruits evolved to be eaten, it’s why their seeds get spread and they taste good. Whereas vegetables are filled with toxins, not meant to be eaten.

I honestly have no clue what I’m talking about tbh just saw this idea pop up a few times on the internet.

A lot of things don't taste good but it doesn't mean it ain't good, broccolis a good example nobody really likes the taste of it but it's without a doubt good for u and a staple in any bodybuilding diet just because it contains DIM i'ts an anti-estrogen and full of nutrients

a lot of people hate beetroot too for example but that shit will boost ur nitric oxide levels know what i mean?

broccoli is a staple in bodybuilding even tho i don't like the taste of it it's not too bad iwth a steak and a good sauce over it. I like mine well done too

Yeah you’re probably right.

Just seems odd that disgusting things are healthy. And to cope we throw a bunch of butter and salt on them to make them more bearable.

I think I’m going to personally avoid vegetables from now on and stick to fruits and steak.
