notbadnotbrad needs to explain his new anti-stress lifestyle

@notbadnotbrad what is going on here explain ur new anti-stress philosophy it seems to permeate everything u do i see u dropping hints every time u post

core idea is not stress ur mind or body ?

u don't work hard at ur corporate job which i actually agree with

workouts should be extremely light never uncomfortable ?

natural food only ?

but u also have some looksmaxxing thrown in here ? fixing the hair and now ur talking about peptides wtf

also what about women good luck finding one that is not a major stress factor in ur life

explain this son

also how long have u been doing this

It's all about balance. 'Staying hard' is good in certain situations. Knowing how to turn it off so you can work smarter and not harder is key

I am grateful for this brief moment of conciseness and think I should cherish and enjoy it instead of being a hardo who subscribes to hustle culture.

Also no one wants to be around a super strung out intense Andy Elliot, David goggins type of person. People are drawn to cool, calm and relaxed people who make them feel at ease.

If you must work hard never tell anyone. For example with Looksmaxxing.. If you’re spending thousands on peptides, getting hair transplants and the works just tell people you use a bar of soap in the shower or some shit. Never admit to any sort of effort .. ppl are drawn towards natural abilities and talent over some guy who hustles or tries hard.

Brad never had much stress though. He identifies with the redpill grifter sigma grindset stuff but he never actually worked hard.
Balding is death. If you have no hair, you have no life.
