probably should go see a doctor. could be ball cancer

though from memory i have had a bit of ball ache at some points in life. usually becasue i've been sitting awkwardly... crushing my balls over time

maybe its time to start free balling, you're getting older now. and the balls are going to sag more, cant wear tighty whiteys anymore

Where are the details, OP. Dull ache or sharp pain? How often does it happen and how long does it last? Legit testicular pain or just the general area?

The weirdest thing I get is levator ani syndrome where it feels like a painful throbbing in my sphincter (no homo) that lasts up to an hour. Fkn hurts and wakes me up out of my sleep.
