i hate this about summer

the days become too fucking long. its bullshit its still daylight when ur bed time hits. then by 430 am the fucker sun is right back at it

i like the longer days but only to a extent. if dark was 7pm-7am all the time that would be dope. i have a hard time sleeping unless it is pitch black. peak daylight here is 430am to 930pm

Unpopular opinion, but summer is my least favorite season. I don't like the long days either and prefer the cooler weather. I feel like I am more alert and sharp during the night and out of the sun.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy some summer activities, but it is barely even spring and I've already been sunburned. Sucks mane.

I dunno man, if you've ever visited areas around the equator it kinda fucking sucks. Gets dark everyday at 5-6pm. Being able to have these long days where it's still light out until up to 9:30om is pretty fucking special, as you don't really get to experience it in most of the world.

I was once down in Argentina for Christmas, and it literally didn't get dark until 10:30PM. Was amazing.

bruh i said 7am-7pm daylight is ideal. i dont like the short winter days but the summer over does it. i get enough sun as it is my job is outdoors. so by the time i get home im pretty much over it and want to chill in the dark

Maybe you need a new living arrangement. When Im at my house I'm completely relaxed night or day. Plus if you're smoking dope you're probably a little more prone to being paranoid

When I moved into my apartment I learned the hard way. My bedroom windows face east. A couple ruined weekend mornings later I bought a pair of blackout curtains from Target for like $20.

Agreed. They 'put the clocks forward' here in summer so it starts getting light at 4.30am then pigeons start cooing and wake you up - it's a fckng nightmare & the Gov makes it worse
