If you lose another 200lbs, there may be visible abs (srs though, keep dropping those lbs and good luck)

Also, need rear glute spread comparisons.

Mirin srs. No homers .

What’s the end goal , like 200 pounds? I was at 299 and got to 262 but my tendonitis flared up unfortunately after I did a few days of jack hammering and lifting buckets of concrete all day .
This happened in October last year and I’m still fked . Wish it never happened because I believe I’d be in the 240’s right now as I was making great progress.

yeah my end goal is to get under 200 pounds. at that point i will no longer consider myself fat.

i haven't done any exercise at all in the past 4 months. i think i will start going on walks outside. it's time to take things to the next level. it's gonna be a David Goggins summer srs.

Ya I certainly felt much better when I was pumping iron in October. I actually made really impressive progress in 5 months , can’t imagine how much further I’d be ahead if chit didn’t go south .
But the real magic happened when I went under 200 . It was another feeling all by itself , but hey , maybe at this age it wouldn’t be the same.
It was almost as though some fat that was blocking arteries was gone . Energy went threw the roof

lol boyo you gotta train yourself to accept the number on the scale.

i've been weighing myself every single day for the past 4 months. even after a binge, i force myself to weigh in the next day.

you learn a lot about your body when you weigh in everyday. you learn about what foods bloat you up, what foods lean you down, etc.

sometimes i weigh in expecting a good number and the result is disappointing. but i am getting better at tolerating the ups and downs. i am hardening my mind to the scale srs.
