I got notified of a dividend being issued at 6:30PM.

They did it that way so that markets are closed and I can't reinvest it until Monday. And they also phrased the email vaguely probably hoping people didn't realize it was a dividend so they would let the money rot and let them collect free interest for longer.

I hate Israelis so much. Someone should wipe them out.

It should be a setting in your brokerage and they don't charge a commission for it to auto reinvest into the same stock. Sometimes they call it DRIP

You will get taxes for it unless it's in IRA

The stock market is an Israeli house of cards that's going to crash eventually and I need to get out but I have nowhere else good to put the money at the moment.
