Anyone ever try DNP?

I have a bad back and knees so it's hard to do much of anything, but I have too much visceral fat and I'm trying to get rid of it, but I dont want to kill myself trying.

Yes. Do not do it.

Freshman year of college back in 2003. I was so mentally fuked up I took dnp, clen, and t3. I legit thought you had to be under 10% body fat to get a girlfriend.

Laid in bed for days sweating. My nose began bleeding for several days until I had to go to the hospital (they of course did not test for dnp or clen). They had to shove a tampon up my nose for it to stop (srs). The same exact extra calories you are burning from it could easily have the same effects if you did some extra cardio sessions or skipping deserts you would most normally consume.

Read about it when started lifting and was the thing ppl told everyone to stay away from as can kill you. Maybe I'm wrong and it was something else. Be careful tho mayne.

Well, you're probably due for a maintenance period. People think weight loss is just eating less, when it's very hormone-based. When you eat a calorie-deficient diet, you suppress T3 and T4 production and increase cortisol, making it harder to lose weight. By going into a maintenance mode for 2 months, you'll reset and be able to lose weight just as easily once you start again, just don't gain the weight back.
