I actually know someone IRL who was on ozempic, she lost like 60 lbs and looked virtually identical to before she lost the weight just smaller, that was almost a year ago and she looks like she gained all the weight back. shes also one of the few "successful" people I know, shes a car salesman and makes like 100k a year, she was on ozempic for diabetes so her medical plan covered it even though she could have afforded it no problem.
