Cutting For Summer Check In 5/52026

Cut is going good, losing about two pounds a week. Averaging about fifteen thousand steps per day and working out twice a week.
5'4 275 now. My mom says if I reach 270 she's gonna buy me a new video game!!

It actually isn't a terrible option. I'm a "if it fits your macros guy," a strategy I think most guys should follow unless they're trying to get on stage. Eat two for lunch and then make sure your dinner is 50% calories from protein. Should I put you at around two thousand calories. If you have high blood pressure, the sodium is probably not the best

You look good there, man, id say you're closer to sixteen than eighteen. No rep.It is semi kind of relaxing that because of your hair situation.You get the chill for the summer. Just remember not to do too much damage because at some point, you gotta cut back down, once you're ready to hit it again
