I have a friend from HS who got them. So as adults were not that close. but i saw him once and he was like 2-3 inches taller. he was like 5'8"-5'9" so not really short, about avg. i just laughed to myself and didn't see shit because we were around people

I’m 6’2 and I used to wear them to gain a couple inches .. would walk around at 6’4 which was awesome

You can wear them in boots and no one can tell but if you wear low cut shoes it’s detectable

The key with shoe lifts is to not get greedy. The whole point is to improve sloot pulling which means they're going to be at your place eventually and the shoes have to come off. You want to stay at around 1 inch of lift so that when the shoes do come off, you don't shrink that much.
