We should NOT do mandatory paternity testing at birth.

1) Paternity fraud rarely happens to any man with a functioning brain

2) Every time we catch a fraud, that mom and child lose a provider, meaning my tax dollars are now going to pay their welfare

3) Paying for a paternity test with every birth would drive up the cost of health care

4) It would be even more big government overreach

5) I'm not allowing the government to take my child's DNA at birth when they can't even make that choice for themself. Who know what else they're going to do with it.
