Legcels were right. Having chicken legs makes u look like a geek.

Been doing more lower body and i'm looking way more tuff. Shiet is makin me look like a man amongst dweebs walkin around with their bloated arms and skin tight joggers on

Current split:
Upper body
Lower body
Deadlift/core day

Been taking way more walks n sheit as well

Doing 3-4x upper body splits a week is a juice scam to make u more appealing to men. Also ur upper body is closer to ur neck/head so if ur tensing up more often, ur face is finna be bloated and filled with inflammation making u ugly. Working legs improves circulation and makes ur face glow.

The theory is doing lower body can help stimulate increases in upper body gains . Dunno about that for sure , but srs doing squats made me feel better I swear .
I ignored legs when I first got into weight lifting back in the 80’s because they were always fairly strong and beefy , but I should have been doing leg work regardless.
Makes me wonder how much faster I would have improved last year if I had muscle memory in my legs

Yea upper body seems to look better whenever i do leg focus as well. Haven't been able to pinpoint why it works that way but imo my best guess is cuz ur letting ur upper body recover.

There's a fairly persistent theory that heavy compounds moves involving legs - mainly back squats and conventional deadlifts (not sumo, just fkin lmao) will increase your test and growth hormone levels as you perform them and after. I haven't seen any studies because I never cared but it's apparently been around as a theory for decades. Charles Poliquin was a huge proponent of squatting for bigger arms due to hormonal release.

Dont need a study to verify. I always get this crazy aggression right after leg day

Lower body is important, because you got the lower body and the upper body.

That's basically the opposite

Women are generally more into upper body muslces on men, although they seem to appreciate nice glutes. Heterosexual men don't really care about the female upper body except tits

That being said, a balanced body should still be the goal, but slightly bigger upper is much better than the opposite for heterosexual men
