There was just a regular "amp" drink, I remember it being a mild energy drink and it tasting pretty good


As for discontinued products, I remember Walmart used to have these protein bars made by milkyway or snickers that were really good but this was like 20 years ago, I don't remember what they were called,.they probably had a lot of sugar In them

Also in the 90s they had all sport, I used to love that it was like a carbonated gatoraide

That's so strange to me to see kids drink coffee or energy drinks


I remember when Surge came out in the 90s and it was at the school vending machine and the media made huge deals about it

It was a soda marketed for high caffeine but it only had 51mg which is actually less than mountain dew

The schools all supplemented their budgets with soda machines so while the media was complaining about it they wouldn't pull them because they would lose the money


I would read computer gaming magazines and they always talked about bawls drinks but I was too young, kids just didn't drink energy drinks back then. I seen it at CompUSA, I think it was basically a neck beard drink
