The jury must've been full of spastics. The black guy is obviously guilty of murder. He didn't intend to hurt the victim? Is that why he shot him 4 times?

Saw it posted on IG and they say the jury was all black people who were heard saying “there’s enough black men in prison already”.

Prosecutors.must prove.intent to harm

He only confessed to shooting him but states he didn't mean to hurt him

He was startled when the old white man reached for something and expected it was a weapon

The jury found he didn't intend to harm the 77 year old white man when he shot him 8 times from close range

Plus it was a good gun that held less than 10 rounds like Democrats want. Not one of those white people mass shooter assault pistols that hold 17 or 19 rounds

This shooting happened 9 years ago and the trial was 5 years ago.
