Rate my Mothers Day Dinner

Wife requested that I make something with Filet Mignon for Mother Day so I took it upon myself to make the following:





Appetizer (sorry forgot to take pics of the spread, just snapped a pic of the left over bones) :

Roasted Bone Marrow - Cut Baggett - Brie Cheese - Honey







Main Course

Filet Mignon (Sous Vide @121 for 2hr) - Pan Seared with Butter, Garlic and Rosemary
Home Made Mash - Yukon Gold - Cream - Butter - thyme - garlic
Garlic Parmesan Green Beans - Green Beans - Butter - Garlic - Parmesan

Filet was tender and juicy. Potatoes were creamy and rich. Beans were flavourful but still have a fresh snap to them. Nothing too fancy, just put together in the proper order.

Thanks bro! Yeah i was super happy with the filet. She did wisper in my ear "cuminmebro" afterwards too.
