Had an appointment with Maple

About weight loss drugs, GLP1 is like 1000.00 a month, generic is almost that.

Told the doctor I want to be an absolute twink and the doctor didn't know what that meant.

When I was working and had insurance, the Wgovy injections were $45 co-pay, so it was doable. i lost 26 pounds in about 8 months on it before it leveled off.

Now I'm waiting for the daily pill prices to come down after i re-set.

You're honestly not a candidate for those drugs. You have a depressive sedentary life and you really need to work on making life bette, and that will be synergistic and makie you wanna lose weight.

Just another shortcut and avoiding the hard work, especially considering it's a completely elective drug.That's extremely expensive

He also gave me terrible weight loss advice, he probably thinks I'm not overweight, probably one of these people who think 240 lbs at 6 feet tall is a normal weight, this isn't walmart in the sticks...

I have a drug plan because I'm on disability but it won't cover medication for superficial reasons, it was the same thing when I tried finasteride.
They have emergency rooms here, if you show up you can see someone within 8 hours usually, to see a psychiatrist I have to wait like 3 months.

mirin 24 free hours a day to get in some solid walking and fasting/sleeping

would be pushing it hard daily to burn that extra chub

even if you want to mess around and do 10 reps of 20mins walking every 40mins (for 10 hours straight). that is 200mins walking a day (3hrs+ ~1,000+cals burned), OMAD, and go to sleep
