I think someone on Twitter likely came up with it. However, Jogger was definitely a Misc term around when they tried to make a big deal about that Armaud Aubrey guy in Georgia.

I think it stems from when that jogger kid that was pointing a BB gun that looked like a real gun at people and cops got shot and his mom said he wanted to grow up to become an astronaut.

And Dinger was here as well when that baseball fan was yelling "Dinger" at the mascot who's name is Dinger and then the media ran national news that the fan was yelling the N bomb at a black baseball player (The media plastered this innocent guy's face all over the news and smeared him - I dunno if there was ever a lawsuit, but this is a case where there should have been one)

Astronaut didn't originate on the misc


Dinger was also not necessarily created by misc but I do think we ran with it more than other social media outlets. Obviously that one was a result of the incident at Coors field.

I do agree with Oliver that Jogger may have been a misc term. I don't recall any other platforms calling them joggers except here.
