Rate my diet (SRS)

Total = 1820 calories

Meal 1:
150 grams of blueberries = 100 calories
Jamaican beef patty = 350 calories
4 boiled eggs = 320 calories

Meal 2:
vegetable salad = 50 calories
can of sardines = 200 calories
half a rotisserie chicken = 800 calories

Are all elite s tier foods

Maybe add some quality red meat, more vitamin c so like oranges or kiwi and then something for gut health like kefir

Otherwise it looks decent maybe a bit boring tho and tough to stick to and for that reason I’d add something like Hagen daz ice cream just half a cup of vanilla to end the day with as a reward for your good effort

Why is your intake so low? When you have more to lose you can go a bit more aggressive in your deficit but in my opinion it's too low. You're going to end up stalling out and have nowhere to go srs.

i've stuck to this diet about 4 days a week for the past 4 months. on the other 3 days i splurge on stuff like pizza and ice cream.

actually i recently bought a pint of Ben and Jerry's, which i will eat on the weekend as a reward for sticking to my diet all week. these cheat meals help me stick to the diet in the long-run.

overall, i have dropped over 40 pounds in the past 4 months, so it seems to be working for me.

regarding the vitamin c - every week i eat a different fruit. i switch between blueberries, strawberries, mango, and pineapple. gotta make sure i get my micronutrients in from a variety of different food sources.

i don't eat like that everyday. i eat like that maybe 4 days a week. the other 3 days i will splurge on higher calorie foods like pizza. so overall i think it balances out nicely.

it's low cal but u have a lot of fat on ur body still so it works

what matters is that u stick with ur deficit and REMAIN in a deficit over the long haul donny u already know this and have 40lbs lost to prove it

It's keto on keto you don't have to count calories you just eat as much meat as you want some veggies and your still gonna lose weight.
