I think there's a decent amount of utility if you buy a lake house and a nice boat. But once you have those things, there isn't a ton of actual utility left.

You don't need to buy expensive anything to get good quality though. I went on a shoe shopping spree, I got 6 good pairs of shoes for a grand total of $350ish tax included. Mind you, I've been wearing a $30 pair of Filas for like 5 years, high end clothing is a crock of shit, you're literally paying for an expensive ass logo.

Nah, it's not a one time use thing. The benefit of having a lake house takes time. You kinda get your groups of people who come out and party. Groups of girls who start getting comfotable going out there and sleeping in your bed.

Obviously if you're like 24 and have a massive group of friends, an Airbnb can work for a holiday weekend. But it's a lot better if you have a constant spot that you can just cycle people out of.

Buy toys like a jet ski and atvs to have fun, not to impress others. So many of you guys in here have noting interesting about yourselves, you guys all seem to do nothing exciting in life.
