Chud the Builder, real name Dalton Eatherly, is in serious legal trouble.
He was arrested after a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. Authorities say a physical altercation escalated into gunfire; both Eatherly and another man were shot and survived. Eatherly is now facing charges including attempted murder, firearm use during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault, and reckless endangerment.
Today, May 15, a judge set his bond at $1.25 million.
This comes right after another arrest in Nashville, where he was accused of causing a disturbance at a restaurant after allegedly refusing to stop livestreaming and refusing to pay a roughly $371–$400 bill.
There was also a viral screenshot claiming he posted racist comments after the shooting, but that specific screenshot has been reported as fake/debunked.
