People criticize presidents but could YOU do a better job?

Welcome to the big office, Mr. President.

Round 1, easy mode: You are dictator and everything you say goes.

Round 2, hard mode: You are president, and have to deal with the normal political process including Congress, the Supreme court, various long-term officeholders you can't fire (like Fed chairman etc), big political donors and special interest groups, etc. They all have their own agendas and if you piss them off too much they'll make it impossible for you to govern.

Can you improve the economy, secure our borders, reduce the national debt, and defend against enemies foreign and domestic?

As far as foreign policy human rights abuses in other nations I’d do nothing. Any U.S. citizens opposed war and oppression in other nations grab a gun and go fight there. My only controversial changes as the president would be to completely cut off asylum seekers and illegal immigrants get sent to the border and let them fend off for themselves. Men armed at the border ready like poland.
All existing immigrants have to either find a job or stay broke, no government handouts and if they get a crime conviction like drug trafficking, selling or a violent crime its immediate deportation.

Doubt it.

I would be in my presidential gym with headphones on ignoring everyone for a minimum of 3 hours every day. Followed by a recovery period where I didn’t do any work to get my mind right for another 2 hours.

Then you also have to factor in lunch and an afternoon nap plus clocking out after 5 pm and I might put in 1.5 solid hours of work same as I do now at my job.

Even if objectively had the best plan and political ideology execution is all that matters.

I'm too much of a people pleaser, avoid confrontation, avoid hard decisions, have a tough time saying no and am easily influenced by money etc
