Calling Out Allfather

Okay, so I just need to clarify something here as a certain poison dwarf entered a welcome back thread involving me, started shit, and I apparently got banned for retaliating. If Rule 2 and similar rules apply (no bullying or abuse on the Misc, LMAO) do they apply to anyone or just anyone who isn't a bogtrotting schizophrenic?

Because the toxic manlet does nothing but post abuse at people. When I got unfairly and incorrectly banned (also due to that little shite) he started several threads that directly abused Bonbobo in their titles.

He regularly posts his weird little fantasies about other Miscers dying horribly and when called out on it just goes "Black magic isn't real, but it is, but I can't be punished for it" like a smug cunt. Despite that obviously being something that could cause annoyance or distress.

He even entered a thread, hurled a bit of abuse at Bonobo unprovoked (quote below) and then left. Again, if "Rule 2" is a thing then that's a ban like I just got surely?
