I Think I'm Going To Have A Three Drink Max Rule From Now On

Rinsing just doesn't hit the same way anymore. Yesterday I spent the first half of the day doing some automotive work and decided that I would just relax the rest of the day, watch golf and drink beer. I ended up drinking 7 or 8 beers and capped it of with a rum and coke and honestly just felt bloated and shitty and slept like crap. 3 drinks seems to be the sweet spot for me now where I catch a little buzz, feel good but it doesn't ruin the day or carry over into the next day with a hangover. Basically, rinsing just feels like a waste of time. especially if you have a lot of shit to do. I know, breaking news😏

I’m literally the poster child for what not to do . The second last time I got rinsed I drank a case of beer and got the neighbour to pick up a 40 of whiskey . I drank over half of it and felt off ever since . I think it may have been my demise srs .

Ya I believe my drinking days are over srs , as well as chocolate maxing. Pretty bummed out atm.
Currently doing my first fast . I’m at 24 hours right now but think I’ll go 36 minimum. 48 hours would be awesome though.

Watched a video N0rds posted on diabetes, and fasting was a key factor in controlling it . May be easier to visit HD , dunno

I saw one of your videos of you on the bench and something that was clear to me was a lot of yo⁸ur fat is visceral fat around your organs, which is a huge risk factor for diabetes and cardiovascular disease. If you were to lose weight and get rid of that visceral fat, I guarantee you, your blood sugar would come under control, but that would take considerable effort and dedication. Fasting is a good tool to give your pancreas a break from being stressed out so certainly incorporate that, although I don't think you need to do multi-day fast. A simple 18/ diet or OMAD, which Iike, with low carbohydrates high veggies would b a long term, sustainable model. Thee day fast are beneficial and can jump start things, but they can't be a lifestyle and that's really the change you gotta make. Get everything under control, and then you can go back to having a beer on occasion.In moderation of course

I didn't say I couldn't do it.I said that it's not worth because I have a job and responsibilities. When you live in government housing and get paid by the state for being a nut job, you can pretty much do anything you want. And if you start crashing out, you can smoke some crack to pick yourself back up
