True Peak Male Physique Has Always Been About Symmetry, Proportions & Leanness - NOT Muscle Mass

this is what peak male physique looks like

the leanness is ACHIEVABLE BUT TAKES DISCIPLINE the proportions and symmetries will be more difficult since insertions and muscle shape plays a huge roll but still u don't have to live in the gym but you do need to check ur diet

nobody wants a mass monster it just signals insecurity obsession and neuroticism women hate the mass monster physique they avoid it like the plague

eric has probably trained his whole life to look like he does and probably counts calories every day

still he has NOT gone for mass monster route as i said in the OP
