Work alone is 20k steps and on top of that im pushing and pulling 100s of heavy objects. Ive estimated my workplace calorie burns conservatively at 1200.
So i think 2700-3000 is alright for a rest day

Rye bread ham and cheese sandwich (caffeteria)
Noodle stir fry, half plate, salad half plate.

Yep. Protein intake scraped by, maybe 140s.
The buffet at work is a wild card so i need to cut it out.
Like that styr fry. I have no idea how much oil theyre using and stuff.

Plan is to grab some tupperware after work tomorrow and prep my own meals. Ill probably do similar food to yours with the sweet potatoes and chicken.
Glass tupperware so i dont end up with microplastics on my shit

My theory is that the more youre accustomed to eat alot, the more you burn calories, up to a point.
Because ive had cutting phases where im at 15bodyfat, and ive had to kept under 2400 to stay in a deficit.

Steps 6k. Will probably go to the store later and get a couple k more

Run #1

4k at 2:00 pace
1.2k at 1:30 pace

Run #2

2.6k at 2:00 pace
400m victory lap at 1:15 to impress some sloots

Finished off with jump rope shirtless to tan and impress said sloots. 10mins give or take.

8 gravlax sandwiches. (4buns) including 200g gravlax and one avocado. Light mayo.

2 oranges

200ml skim milk

Cals bout 1700.

Its still early in the day.So im gonna have some chicken and vegetables at like 6pm.
Thats gonna be like 500-700.

Little on the lighter side, but as today was no work. Im gonna take advantage of this and get a huge deficit.

that is an absolute sh*t ton of steps brah

my feet would start to be feeling it big time doing that day after day

do you have a job where you walk? because that is like 4hrs walking otherwise - damn

i have cut back on total steps each day (as was fatiguing me by thurs (i like to push it) walking 5.6kmph for 1h+ plus @ 5% incline - and more walking throughout the day and cycling to the gym, now doing some elliptical just to get the heart pumping harder after a couple of monster ultra zeros for 20mins, sweat like a mofo

Yeah work is basically non stop walking and labor.
My feet are alright though. I get some discomfort from just standing around but walking is fine.

this was March, i've cut down on steps, because i think for fat loss i need tht heart rate higher. and i cannot justify 3+ hours a day with work right now. but this is when i was more active walking a few weeks back

i wanted to do a 50k day to hit a PB so asked my pal to come along but he backed out, so i never got around to it. i'll do it next month and post just to show i did it. now i have called myself out

april to now i am averaging 9-13k days. ellipitcal wont show steps accurately so i just leave the phone on the machine. dont use a smartwatch
