She willingly committed the act because of how drunk she was, if im understanding it correctly, I guess thats what happened. And why he didn't get a rape charge

What an absolute trash human, torture him and give him a slow death.


Drunkness really is a horrible thing to do, most people really shouldn't drink as they dont have control to just have 1-2 drinks max. Females especially shouldn't drink. Nothing good comes from being drunk

It may not have been willingly. The issue is that the initial police report she filed isn’t usable in court and she can’t give an actual testimony since she’s dead. They would need to be able to indirectly prove it was also rape from everything else, which there just isn’t enough evidence for.
