Consistent training volume + cardio seven days per week makes the lungs/conditioning stand up to tough workouts.

I lift six days out of the week, and I do cardio seven days.

If I’m really short on time, I can sometimes get the workouts done in 45 minutes, depending on which session of the week it is. But honestly, it’s usually more like an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.

Mirin brother. You are one dedicated mofo. I have done six and seven days a long time ago but nowadays 4 is enough. Currently at zero days FML need to get back into it.

Today’s the last day of the school year boys. So I get a few days off, and then I start teaching summer school next Wednesday.

Anyway, who’s lifting today?

What’s the plan?
