Not feeling like drinking that much to be honest, but I need some reason to get me out of the house. I definitely have been looking forward to happy hour this week, but I think my cut has finally zapped my energy levels today. Kinda slept like shit last night.

What say you, misc? Should I go have some beers to start the weekend?

It's been working really well actually. My belly is looking really good. Having one intense cheat day with the rest of the week completely locked down has always worked the best for me. Definitely not re-carbing all weekend. Trying to keep this similar to a regular week instead of a holiday weekend, and weather is going to suck most of the weekend anyways.

Only if you biked 30 minutes with people waving at you.... otherwise you didn't earn those 4000 calories of beer and tacos
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I've been cycling all week. Have been Cycling 60 minutes at 17 resistance every day at the gym this week, with two of those days I also did a 30 minute intense HIIT workout afterward.

Would love to be biking outside more, but has been a bit too fucking cold and windy for a good outside biking routine so for. First Summer in about 7-8 years where it's been cold early like this.

Nice sounds like you've actually earned 7000 calories of beer and tacos!

Don't drink. It will ruin your gainz and you'll regret it and want to LDAR tomorrow.

I was thinking about cheating and getting a pizza but just got a piece of celery and said fuk dat.
