in reply to my questions/answer
that would make sense how u got a good physique then, you had good base of muscle underneath and had been a trainer etc. i just though u went ur whole life fat until recently. 392 would freak me out, there were times i avoided a scale but it was never that bad im talkin 220 or something.
good stuff dude

Yeah. In a sense, I had some muscle waiting underneath. Unfortunately, I had to lose so much weight to get there, that it stretched out a lot of the skin around the muscle.

Most of my fat gets distrubuted around my belt area. i know if i hit 392 id be shaped like a pear with still skinny lean fore arms legs etc, i have zero fat distrubution cells there i guess

Because I can’t imagine going through surgery to get it cut off. I guess I might change my mind at some point.

Anyway, I liked doing that, so if we could generate a handful of more questions, I’d be happy to do a part two.

I’ll do a part two as soon as I get enough questions.
I’ll do it in an hour if my wife doesn’t have me doing something lol.

my questions for part 2
first off u are one of the realest miscers i always enjoy ur threads and u train with intensity too which i respect
can u talk about how the discipline from training has affected other parts of ur life for me when i started 30 years ago training was the first thing in my life that actually brought structure and it carried over to other parts of my life i learned routine and that sticking to something hard will give u results if u just try ur best and give it time
what are ur thoughts on looksmaxxing ?
i have eaten 1 to 3 grams of protein per lb of bw and noticed no change whatsoever when it comes to body composition while dieting however more protein does seem to make me more full but it is also more expensive what are ur experiences do u need to go high protein or is this just more bro science bs ? i say eat more carbs instead
we talked about training with intensity vs volume before when u were young and ate and slept a lot u could do high intensity plus high volume now it would destroy me what percent of ur current 1 rep max are u using for ur working sets nowadays ?
@notbadnotbrad has been sober for 40 days now this is the longest stretch since he was a child he finds sober life boring which is a huge red flag he dreams about calling the bag man for drugs and downing a 12 pack brad has built his life around making money doing drugs drinking and hitting on cheap women have u had any issues with alcohol and drugs and could u share some advice about living a clean or modest life and still having fun
do u think the reason so many men in our age group have erectile dysfunction is due to messed up hormones and poor lifestyle or due to the fact that most women our age are not that attractive ?
who are ur top 5 miscers of all time ?
lifting weights is a great hobby everyone should do it but u need to be real and call it like it is the bodybuilding lifestyle is a sickness of the mind 100 percent srs the dieting the anxiety the social restrictions it is a mental disease all older bodybuilders i have spoken to say they do not want their kids to become bodybuilders and they do not say it out loud but all of them 100 percent regret a lot about how they handled life what are ur thoughts on this
@johnvee73 is trying to find his way in life he is taking us along the journey which is great however he seems hell bent on doing extreme stuff to get quick results like going on 7 day fasts or walking 6 hours per day which is a one way ticket to failure city and will leave u back at square 1 or worse what advice would u give someone with a lot of time on their hands not always a good thing but who has a lot of self doubt and a history of weight loss failure
steroids were available for us but kids these days are doing PEDs + SARMs + bone smashing + whatever else is cool and it is super prevalent we have a member @piramparam that is totally out of control buying chinese dog lab PEDs and injecting YOLO dosages trying to improve various aspects of his messed up life what advice would u give such young naive men today that have the mindset of getting results no matter the long term effects they have no patience and always lack the knowledge and experience for doing it properly
