Kind of, yes! But prolonged fasting at least has many health benefits (look it up), bodybuilding hasn't. Although natty bb is good for bone mass possibly.

DDefinitely, you can probably be extremely healthy while anorexic. But I would recommend eating extremely healthy and relatively abundantly while exercising in combination with regular and prolonged fasts. Like a 72 hour fast once a week and a 40 day fast (messianic fast) once every 6 months

That would be true health and frugal maxxing

Moderation really is goat. Sometimes I go 14 hours without eating but it's incidental rather than intentional. Eat when hungry, don't when I'm not. Listen to my body. Forcing to eat is for retards. It's no wonder nature punishes them all

I think moderation is not the goat at all. It's about extremism actually. I mean I do think that 30+ day fasting is extreme anyway, but supposedly it kills cancer cells and shit like that

Notice to Pro Bodybuilders-stop injecting Insulin when you aren't a diabetc. If you insist then follow the instructions, certainly don't inject 1 or 2 vials in one go!
