Worth a shot to get rid of all food in your house, and create this defense system.

First line of defence. Walk it off. 2mile walk & cold shower.

2nd line of defence. Bone broth.

3rd line of defence, walk to the store snd get 0cal jello.

Ect.

For me drinking a bullion cube was cash in fasting. Its 4g salt so it covers that, fills you up.
Bone broth is a better alternative since its actually healthy. Costs little more

3rd day of fasting is where its supposed to start get easier. So if you can hold untill then. Ure in
