its not gonna be like that at all except in small areas. most places will be like most of LA. hispanics living on top of each other, no parking cuz every 2br has 10 people, and any attractive latinas will still be inaccessible for most men.

it will be like the poorer parts of cali everywhere; mixed cultures no order.
