I hear there's some yoga robots available for sale
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

How much are you DB pressing that you need those?

I've pressed up to the 120s. Never had issues getting them to my chest.

All you need to do is stand up to pick them up off the floor. Once you pick them up, they should be above your knees somewhere. Set them up against the meaty part of your quads, standing them up the long way, and sit down on the bench. Once seated, they should be standing up on your quads, and all you have to do is balance them. Now all you have to do is kick one knee at a time to bring each DB to your chest as you lie down. I use them for everything now . There’s no way I can pick up a pair of 90’s and get many reps , as I’m out of energy as I get them into position.
Ya back in my late 40’s I had no issues , well except my right rotator would act up on occasion with the heavier ones .
These are definitely a rotator saver srs , especially when doing incline

Interesting

I guess I’m taking my 30s for granted. Yikes, not looking forward to getting older.

I fked my right rotator when I was 26 years old out of stupidity. You may be fine srs..

But besides that , it’s sure nice to get some extra reps in because you’re directing all your energy from the get go as opposed to walking them to the bench and getting them in place .
I think Mad Spotters are a great investment tbh . I tried other brands and these are by far the best imo
